It felt like a huge get more info day when I finally got my brand new school bag. It was blue and had a cool picture/pictures of animals/my favorite cartoon character on it. My mom helped me fill it with all the things I needed for school, like pencils, notebooks, and a lunch box. When I put it on my back, it felt a little bit heavy. I jumped all the way to school, excited to start my first day!
My friends had different bags, too. Some were fancy. We compared our bags during recess. I was so proud of my awesome school bag! It felt like the start of a great new adventure.
